The handover of the Stowe Place housing development in Newhaven East Sussex for Lewes District Council has been achieved. The three and four-storey affordable development provides 19no. one and two-bedroom apartments and 2no-three-bedroom houses.
Private Developer Residential Scheme
Mackellar Schwerdt Architects have just successfully submitted for pre-application advice on behalf of a private developer for a scheme of 43no flats and houses on a topographically challenging site, backing up to the Green Belt.
