The handover of the Stowe Place housing development in Newhaven East Sussex for Lewes District Council has been achieved. The three and four-storey affordable development provides 19no. one and two-bedroom apartments and 2no-three-bedroom houses. Mackellar Schwerdt Architects have provided Stage 4 technical design services to the design & build contractor Sunninghill Construction Ltd.
