The practice recently obtained Reserved Matters Consent, for 12 dwellings, on November 21st.
The dwellings comprise of 2 bed flats, 2, 3 and 4 bed homes along with off road parking and private garages and the practice has now prepared technical drawings for construction.
The development is expected to commence on site in Five Ash Down, Uckfield for Whitehall Homes in the new year.
The development is on a brown field site that was part of the former Grampian Foods estate and is one of a number of new potential development sites that the practice is currently looking at, initially for a private landowner, ranging from one or two houses up to 123 houses.
