The heritage works to 12-13 York Buildings for Hastings Borough Council are nearing handover.

Mackellar Schwerdt has overseen the conversion of the Late Georgian Grade II Listed accommodation located on the first, second and third floors at 12, 13 York Buildings, Wellington Place, Hastings, to six one-bedroom flats, creating much needed affordable flats in the centre of Hastings. The accommodation had been previously used as offices/stores, above a separately leased shop unit, was in a significant state of disrepair and had been unused for about 30years.
