Mackellar Schwerdt Architects are delighted to announce a change in ownership as Stephen Dryburgh joins Steven George as an equity partner driving the Practice forward.
Andrew Goodwin, a longstanding equity partner with the practice since 1989, will transition from his frontline role to a consultancy position. After a significant 35-year tenure as a partner, Andrew will retire and assume a new role that will enable him to continue contributing to the practice’s success. In this capacity, he will provide ongoing support to existing commissions and key clients, and the Practice will continue to draw on his extensive expertise and knowledge to ensure continuity and excellence.
Stephen, who joined the practice in 2013 and was promoted to partner in 2021, continues to develop the Practice’s strong presence in the residential sector. He has successfully delivered numerous projects for both public and private clients utilising traditional and modular construction methods. Stephen is a strong advocate for Building Information Modelling (BIM) and innovative representation techniques, which he has installed into the practice procedures and workflow, enhancing efficiency and collaboration.
