Approval has been granted for WSCC to redevelop the former Wallis Centre site to create 7 new dwellings with a mix of 3 and 4 bedroom family homes and 2 bedroom flats.
The housing has been carefully designed to make the best use of this key brownfield site, located close to the East Grinstead town centre, with varied mix of dwellings and flats designed to reflect the surrounding properties.
