Change of use of a Brighton urban infill site from derelict commercial/light industrial use to residential use.
The scheme proposes the demolition of a collapsed workshop unit and garage, conversion and improvement of the existing buildings and the construction of new dwellings on the footprint of the two demolished buildings.
Four dwellings are to be created in all, 2 x 2 bedroom 'Lifetime' compliant family homes, with outside space and 2 x2 bedroom homes.
The proposed scheme will maintain a landscaped courtyard that will benefit the surrounding houses whilst providing much needed homes in the City.
