St Thomas Dunk Almshouses in Hawkhurst, Kent
Four new single bedroom bungalows were created in the grounds of the Grade II listed original almshouses. The project was designed and managed by the Practice, which provided full services. Additionally a 5 year maintenance inspection report has been prepared for the trustees on the historic 11 original flats.
